Regardless of your physical abilities, yoga is a great place to start on your workout journey.
Rescue Yoga

If you’re looking for a smaller studio setting, then Rescue Yoga would be a perfect spot for you. Not only does this studio practice yoga, but they offer Tai Chi and Pilates as well. The classes are taught at room temperature, and all equipment is supplied. However, guests are welcome to bring their own mat, towel and anything else they’d feel most comfortable with. Krama Yoga Center

This studio mostly offers Ashtanga yoga, which focuses on more dynamic movements and transitions when you go from pose to pose. There are so many different classes to choose from here that it can be difficult to keep them all straight! Classes are offered every day, and there are also private yoga sessions offered as well as special classes for studio members. Those looking for a studio that offers more than just yoga are sure to be impressed with Summit. Here, guests can put together a workout trifecta by combining climbing and fitness with yoga to take their body to the next level.
