The elite Maserati brand has been a premier name in powerful luxury vehicles for more than a century. This year in April the brand celebrated the delivery of its 100,000th car at the Shanghai Auto Show. The 100,000th Maserati vehicle was a 2017 Maserati Quattroporte GranSport sedan in solid white with tan upholstery. It is powered by a 3.0-liter Twin Turbo V-6 engine that cranks out 350 horsepower and 500 Nm (which translates to about 368.78 pound-feet of torque). In addition to the 2017 Maserati Quattroporte GranSport that was the 100,000th vehicle delivered by Maserati, there were several other vehicles on display at the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show. The 2017 Quattroporte GranLusso was also on display (pictured in blue on this blog). This model offers a new front lower fascia with a floating bridge element. The standard interior is the elite Ermenegildo Zegna Silk Edition, which was merely available on previous models. This interior combines fine-grain leather and 100% natural fiber Zegna Mulberry Silk with a hand-stitched macro-chevron weave.<\/p>\n
